THIS-1001正丁醛苯胺缩合物(促进剂808)可配合噻二唑硫化交联剂使用的硫化促进剂，也可单独使用在乳胶丝的生产配方中以及厌氧胶固化过程中作为促进剂。促进剂808外观是一种液体，呈棕红色或琥珀色粘稠油状液体，有特殊气味，闪点186℃，不溶于水，溶于乙醇，甲苯，丙 酮，乙 醚等有机溶剂。
适用范围
正丁醛苯胺缩合物(促进剂808)主要在含卤化合物如氯化聚乙烯，聚氯乙烯，氯醇橡胶，氯丁橡胶，氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶，氯化橡胶。促进剂808在硫化过程中可与噻二唑硫化交联剂配合使用，建议添加比例促进剂808：噻二唑硫化交联剂0.8:2.5。正丁醛苯胺缩合物也可单独使用在乳胶丝的生产工艺中，也可单独使用在乳胶丝的生产配方中以及厌氧胶固化过程中作为促进剂。
注意事项
①禁止在吃、喝和抽烟的地方存储和处理。
②使用适当的控制，避免环境污染。
③本品易氧化，如开桶后一次用不完需冲氮气保护，如无氮气保护产品颜色会加深，但不影响产品的使用效果及性质。
④保持在原来的容器或认可的替代容器中，在不使用时保持紧紧关严。
⑤避免阳光直射，在干燥、凉爽、通风处远离不相容的材料。

This-1112 rubber vulcanizing accelerator is supplied as yellow to amber viscous liquid and is a blend of esters of 3,5-diethy1-1,2-dihydro-1-
Pheny1-2-propylpyridine.It is soluble in alcohol,toluene,acetone and ether,insoluble in water.

Applications:
This-1112 accelerator and vulcanizing agent could be cured together in halogenated elastomers,such as CPE,PVC,ECO,CR and CSM,the additive proportion of vulcanizing agent and 808 accelerator are 2.5:0.8.It can also be used in rubber latex thread processing,as a accelerator in Anaerobic adhesive curing.In general,CPE compunds cured with vulcanizing system exhibit good resistance to oil,heat,cold and ozone,in mean while,have good compression set and thermal stability.
NR,SBR,CR,IIR,and latex accelerator of intermediate strength.Activator for acidic accelerators.Excellent for reclaims and hard rubber stocks,CR cements containing litharge.Latex vulcanizates age well.Also used as a secondary accelerator in CPE. Rubber acclerator 808 can use with TMTD in rubber curing to enhance activity and get tough product aging.In latex rubber is an slower accelerator.Using with Zinc Oxide can enhance rubber tensile strength.Without Zinc Oxide is low stress at definite elogation and suitable for rubber latex thread product.Latex vulcanizates age well.
